Nativity in Rhyme

The whole school worked hard throughout the term practicing songs and learning dance routines to perform in St Giles church on the Thursday evening of the 12th December. The performance was delivered to a full church of parents, community members and friends of the school, which culminated in rapturous applause at its conclusion and much praise from audience members.

The event was followed by the traditional pea and pie supper which was held at the local Village Hall and organised by the PTA. It was a tremendous success and I would like to take this opportunity to thank parents for the donation of the meat and pies and for their continued support of the school through the various different fund-raising opportunities throughout the year.
