On Thursday, September 24th, we enjoyed a wonderful visit from Hannah Wills from MAST, who shared the story of Zacchaeus with the school. This famous story is about a lonely tax collector who was disliked by his community, but after he climbed a sycamore tree to see Jesus, he was treated with kindness and completely changed his ways. Hannah brought the narrative to life with great energy, and the children were thoroughly engaged throughout the presentation. The moral of the story reminded us that everyone deserves a second chance, and that treating others with kindness and inclusion can inspire them to make better choices. Thank you to Hannah and MAST for a lovely morning—we look forward to welcoming them back soon.
