On Tuesday 27th September we had a new facilitator, Hannah Will, attend to deliver MAST. This is in addition to Mr & Mrs Briddon from MAST’s puppet shows.
She presented the story of Creation to the children in class 2 as the remainder of the school were participating in an inter school competition of football hosted by Parwich School. We are all looking forward to the next visit from Hannah and the up coming sporting event as they were both so hugely successful.
Sadly Hannah was unable to deliver the Creation story to the younger children in the afternoon but the class 2 children travelled with Miss Clayton to Parwich so they could take part in their own footballing event.
A child said ‘I wasn’t looking forward to the football but I was so excited when I scored my very first goal!’
Another child said ‘I want to be a footballer when I grow up and play for Leicester City.’
