Oh, my goodness, what a fabulous way to close the school year. The whole school was absolutely amazing and worked together to deliver a varied programme including some of the skills and work they have learnt about during the academic year to an appreciative audience.
I can honestly say that the Church Service which was written mostly by the Year six children was humbling to sit through. Their choice of songs, story from the Bible and personally written prayers helped to tell their combined journey through Primary School, of which all the staff here at Hartington have been privileged to be a part of. They have created a legacy to be proud of and are and have been an integral part of our school family and the wider community.
They will be very much missed, but we all wish them well on the next part of their journey.
