Despite the current lock down, the Children of Hartington School took part in their own Remembrance Service. The last post signaling the start of the two minutes silence to allow the school time to remember our fallen heroes, followed by the reveille. The whole school formed a socially distanced circle in the hall, bowing their heads and reflecting on how in history a generation ‘Gave up their todays for our tomorrows’. The children read prayers and poems as part of the worship.
