Local Community Officer teaches Safety

15thJuly 2016 –

PCO Ian Phipps visited the school to remind children how to stay safe during the summer holidays. This involved Stranger Danger, Road and Open Water safety. This was one of a series of planned visits that the local Community Officer delivers.

The Head teacher quoted “The link with the Local Community Police is very important and the programmes they deliver are essential to make sure our children are aware of the dangers and how to stay safe.”
