15th July 2016 –
As an end of school event the children consolidated their understanding of structures by working collaboratively to make the local village out of Lego. Each child designed and made their own home with elaborate gardens whilst learning how to include struts to create pitched roofs. When the individual models were completed the children then went on to plan their village.
